Her main focus in her current role is in designing and delivering organisation change, process and productivity improvements and service excellence for the global Compliance, Legal and Governance functions within Schroders.
She has experience of evaluating and implementing technologies for contract review, communications surveillance, employee conflicts of interest management systems, client on-boarding workflows and robotics process automation (RPA).
