Andrew has been involved in various operational, change management, technology and strategy roles within in-house Legal teams, including Barclays Bank.  He has undertaken numerous strategic reviews and legal technology audits and been responsible for the end to end project lifecycle for many technology implementations – including document management, case and matter management, legal eBilling, document automation and knowledge management.

A founder member of the Banking Legal Technology (“BLT”) group, the Legal IT Innovators Group (“LITIG”) and the “KMIT” in-house legal group, Andrew is an active member of the KM Committee of the Society for Computers and Law and recently co-authored a research report on the value of law firm value added services.

He is frequently asked to provide real-life insight on the implementation of legal technologies within Corporate legal teams, and thought leadership at industry events.  He is currently providing consultancy to in-house legal teams in his own right and with the Legal Operations Consulting Team at Consilio.
