Adam is the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate UK at AstraZeneca with global responsibility for a team supporting M&A, business development and AstraZeneca’s Global Procurement Organisation. Adam manages AstraZeneca’s Legal Tech workstream and has developed various contract automation and digital initiatives over the past 18 months. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Adam has worked for Novartis and Amgen in Switzerland and in private practice in the UK.
