Shilpa Parihar has had a career spanning over 15 years as Company Secretary in diverse jurisdictions of India, Channel Islands and the UK, working in the financial services, software services and manufacturing sectors. Shilpa is currently Company Secretary at Hampshire Trust Bank, a challenger bank, which is in its exciting growth phase, mainly engaged in commercial lending. She started her career at Tata Consultancy Services, a publicly listed entity in India, moving to the UK and building her experience in the Financial Services Sector, having previously worked as Company Secretary with Kleinwort Benson and Towerstone Partners. Shilpa is a member of the ICSA UK and ICSI India and is also a law graduate.
