After many years working in the financial serves sector, David joined Nicholls & Clarke Limited in 2015 initially as Company Secretary and was appointed to the board at the start of 2017. He is responsible for Finance, Pensions HR, IT & Legal matters. He also sits on the Corporate Law Global Forum of the ACCA. Previously David worked at Lloyds Bank. Capita Registrars, Prudential and Citco and was a member of the ICSA Registrars Group for several years.
