Catherine Sukmonowski is an experienced company secretary and solicitor, most recently acting as Group Company Secretary of Burberry Group plc. Prior to her 6 years at Burberry Catherine spent 6 years as Senior Legal Counsel to the Group Company Secretary’s Office of BP plc and 8 years as a senior M&A lawyer at Clifford Chance.
Catherine has broad experience of global businesses and transactions, working with boards and executive teams, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance and legal and risk management particularly, in relation to companies experiencing transformative strategic and operational change.
Catherine also sits on the ICSA Forum and is Co-Chair of its Governance Committee.
