Helen joined the Co-op Group as Secretary in January 2016 and took on the additional role of General Counsel in July 2017. Helen is a solicitor and has held previous roles as General Counsel and/or Company Secretary for a number of listed companies including Dixons Carphone, Dixons Retail, William Hill, Chubb and Hepworth working across a range of industries from Retail to Building Materials.
