Lisa advises on the full range of employment issues, including advising on executive terminations, sensitive discrimination, whistleblowing and other employment claims as well as day to day matters. She has significant experience in advising retail clients on issues affecting their Head Office, stores and distribution centres, for example, mass redundancies, changes to terms and conditions and challenges by HMRC in relation to payment of the National Minimum Wage. She also has significant experience of advising retailers in relation to trade union matters including challenging industrial action, defending claims for breaches of individual and collective trade union rights and union recognition and de-recognition.
