Graeme manages the day to day work of the legal team at Skyscanner and advises on various matters in over 40 jurisdictions globally. Particular areas of interest include M&A, joint ventures, IP, public affairs, competition issues and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Skyscanner, Graeme practiced in the Edinburgh corporate team at Pinsent Masons and acted as an external advisor to Skyscanner.
