I am an audit partner with almost 15 years of experience, specialising in FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 public company audits. During this time I have worked with a wide variety of listed clients across a range of industries, with a focus on property and consumer business.
Clients
My current and recent audit clients include intu (FTSE 250), Barratt Developments (FTSE 100), Great Portland Estates (FTSE 250) and Hansteen (FTSE small cap). My previous audit clients have included Taylor Wimpey (FTSE 100), 3i Infrastructure (FTSE 250) and Dairy Crest (FTSE 250).
Expertise
I have extensive FTSE experience gained both in the UK and Australia. This includes transitioning and leading audits for clients in retail environments such as intu and Dairy Crest and auditing the owners of significant commercial and operational (including hotels) real estate portfolios. This includes businesses undergoing significant structural change or ERP implementation projects.
In addition to managing complex audits, I am experienced at leading advisory work across a range of projects. This includes working capital reporting and reporting accountant work in connection with Class 1 transactions and bond issues. I also have experience in leading on real estate acquisition due diligence and recently worked on Hansteen’s Class 1 disposal of their European real estate platform.
Outside of my client work, I previously held the role of talent partner responsible for welfare, development, promotion decisions and reward in our real estate group.
Other information
I am married with two young children.
I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering MA (Hons) from the University of Bath.
I enjoy participating and watching all sports with my children and when time allows, travelling.
