Miranda is Deputy Company Secretary at Sage and is responsible for leading the Secretariat team with a focus on bringing best practice in governance to the Sage Board and its committees. Miranda is also responsible for the subsidiary governance of Sage’s 126 subsidiaries worldwide.
Prior to Sage, Miranda has held senior secretariat roles at ARM Holdings, R&Q and EDF Energy, having qualified as a chartered secretary with Ernst & Young. She has a particular interest in change management and bringing greater efficiency to secretariat processes through technology.
