Helene is a VP and Assistant Corporate Secretary in the Office of The Secretary at J.P.Morgan, based in the EMEA regional office in London. Helene is responsible for providing corporate governance advisory services to the firm’s UK risk committee and nomination committee, board effectiveness reviews, succession planning and overseeing governance and subsidiary management in Luxembourg.
Helene has held a number of former roles in private practice and in-house including several years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she was responsible for EMEA subsidiary governance and was part of a team instrumental in the merger of the legacy banks. Helene started her career in insolvency with PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning to the company secretarial team at PwC and later qualifying with Linklaters.
Helene is also a member of J.P.Morgan’s Legal Pro-bono Committee and Environmental Interest Group.
