Freddie Woolfe
Head of Responsible Investment and Stewardship, Merian
Freddie joined Merian Global Investors in 2017 as Head of Responsible Investment and Stewardship, with the remit to build a global responsible investment platform across the business. Previously he worked at Newton Investment Management as a responsible investment analyst on the equity research team for nearly three years and Hermes Equity Ownership Services, latterly as Associate Director of Engagement from 2008. He started his career in 2006 in HSBC’s fraud, risk and security office. He has a BA from University College, London and is currently completing an MBA at Cass Business School.
