Daniel is the global lead partner for our Legal Entity Management (LEM) services. Daniel has 15 years experience of working with clients on all aspects of their subsidiaries and the associated governance. Daniel assists clients designing and implementing subsidiary governance policies.
Daniel’s work also includes global outsourcing, where he leads a team operating in over 100 jurisdictions as well as transaction implementation programmes. Daniel also has a particular focus on the effective use of emerging technologies in helping clients to manage their global entities and drive improved governance.
Daniel has served clients across a wide range of sectors including consumer products, technology, life sciences, financial services, media and engineering, primarily in the FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 global MNE space.
