Katie Hollis

Katie has been working in and leading in-house Company Secretarial teams since 2005, and was appointed as Company Secretary of the Pension Protection Fund in 2012 having been recruited in 2007 as Deputy Company Secretary. In 2017, she won the ICSA “Governance Professional of the Year” award for her work, including in building a successful and highly regarded team who were appraised as being a team “of a quality that a FTSE 100 company would envy” by Independent Audit. In addition, she is a PROSCI qualified Change Manager and has led a range of change projects successfully covering topics such as introducing a document management system and GDPR projects.
