Matt is a director in PwC’s Entity Governance and Compliance (EGC) team, forming part of a global EGC practice with teams in 160 countries.
Matt has key responsibility for the relationships and delivery of corporate secretarial services to a client base covering the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100. Matt is a member of the UK Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Chartered Corporate Secretary).
Matt understands the challenges and how to plan a successful legal entity management project. He has extensive group reorganisation experience and has recently been advising multinational groups needing to respond to increased regulation and focus on legal entity structures, such as FATCA, the Fourth Money Laundering Directive, and Dodd Frank, and the impact this is having on their future legal entity governance and compliance obligations.
