Kate is the Lead Lawyer for Policy & Communications at Which?, supporting the organisation’s policy, advocacy, campaigning and enforcement initiatives. Kate is a qualified solicitor in the UK and Australia and practised as a commercial litigator at Linklaters LLP before joining Which?. Kate holds an LLB (UWA), BEc (UWA) and BCL (Oxon). She also holds a public appointment as the consumer representative on the Civil Procedure Rule Committee.
