Kate O’Leary is head of the Consumer Legal team at Vodafone UK. She is responsible for all legal aspects of Vodafone UK’s consumer business including advertising, customer terms, indirect and direct distribution, sponsorship, mobile payments and content for Vodafone’s mobile and broadband services as well as the development of Vodafone’s forthcoming TV proposition. Kate previously worked in Vodafone Group Legal where she was responsible for business development, content acquisition and mobile payments including developing the legal structure for M-PESA, the innovative money transfer service. Kate trained in private practice in London and has also spent time working in Paris and Dubai.
