Dean is a barrister and solicitor-advocate with in excess of 18 years’ experience in consumer law and is widely recognised as one of the leading authorities in the field. Throughout his career Dean has represented a number of High Street retailers and consumers in relation to various legal matters that impact on the retail sector.

Dean is now the Chief Ombudsman at The Retail Ombudsman, which deals with unresolved disputes between consumers and retailers, in relation to both online and in-store complaints.
