Jocelyn is the professional support lawyer to the national Dispute Resolution and Compliance team having been a commercial litigation specialist.
Jocelyn has a broad range of experience advising mainly corporate clients in relation to professional indemnity and general commercial litigation matters (including IP, insolvency, banking, breach of contract and data protection) and negotiating settlements especially through the use of mediation. She holds a post graduate diploma in commercial intellectual property law.
As a professional support lawyer Jocelyn delivers training both internally and to clients. She is a regular speaker at the Shoosmiths In House Lawyer seminars. She has published briefings and articles and co-authored a chapter in the 2013 edition of Managing Business Risk: a Practical Guide to Protecting your Business.
