James has been with GW Pharmaceuticals for just under a year, but during which he has been involved in the establishment of GW’s business operations in the US, the initiation of phase 3 clinical trial programs in three different indications and completion of a $200m fundraising on Nasdaq. Prior to joining GW James worked in private practice in the City, advising numerous biotechnology and life science companies on IP and technology transactions mattes and spent a large proportion of his time advising on manufacturing and supply chain issues. James is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
