Anna’s experience includes disputes relating to logistics and events tracking, personnel management, retail systems (EPOS systems, card payments queue management, merchandising, supply chain management, fraud/theft prevention, chip & pin, reward schemes, alternative payment systems), transaction processing, management reporting, accounting, networks, security, database, content management and telecoms systems. She is also an expert in disputes arising out of outsourcing, logistics and services contracts.
