Daragh Fagan
General Counsel & Company Secretary, Rentokil Initial
Daragh joined Rentokil Initial plc, the FTSE250 support services group, in September 2013. He had previously been GC, Europe & Asia, Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk and before that GC EMEA for Reuters Group plc. He has extensive in-house legal and company secretarial experience in major listed multinational corporations, and has led teams of up to 25 lawyers in over a dozen different locations, and a variety of organisational structures. Before Reuters he spent 10 years in the oil & gas exploration industry with Eni SpA, ultimately as Associate GC, N. America, N. Sea & Middle East. In addition to the legal and co sec functions at Rentokil Initial, Daragh is also responsible for health & safety and corporate responsibility. He is also Chair of the Innovation GC Club, linked to the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards.
