Dan is Head of Legal, Risk Management and Compliance for Intertek Group plc. Intertek is a global inspection, product testing and certification company and a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. Dan has previously worked for a number of commercial organisations including the Linde Group, Origin Energy Limited and BG Group. He holds a law degree from the University College of Wales, holds a Masters degree in Applied Finance and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and New South Wales, Australia.
