Christopher Digby-Bell has had a legal career that has taken him from leading real estate finance lawyer, to managing partner of not one but two City law firms, to representing stars like The Beatles and Elton John, to pioneering the first western law firm in East Berlin behind the Wall, to setting up his own venture capital and fund management business, to doing his own by hand deliveries, to general counsel, to chief executive, to chairman. Along the way, he has won awards for his pro bono work and become an acclaimed disability rights lawyer and writer on legal affairs. He now mentors law firms and in house lawyers in what he calls his William’s Way Project which is designed to teach them the skills required to make the transition from lawyer to entrepreneur to board director.
