Michael Rasmuson
Vice President, International Legal Operations, BAKER HUGHES
Michael Rasmuson joined Baker Hughes in 2002 and currently holds the position of Vice President – International Legal Operations. His responsibilities are to provide and manage the general legal support function in Europe, Africa and Russia Caspian.
Michael has over 15 years of legal practice experience and has worked as an oil and gas lawyer for firms in Canada and the UK before joining Baker Hughes. Prior to his current appointment as Vice President – International Legal Operations, he held several positions in the legal group and was responsible for several different regions. Michael is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales and The Law Society of Alberta.
