Jorge Guira, Esq., BA, MA, JD, LLM, PgDip, PhD, is Director of the University of Reading Law School and Henley Business School Centre for Energy Law and Policy and an Associate Professor, in law and finance, including energy matters. He has taught at Warwick, been a Visiting Senior Fellow at Queen Mary, University of London, and consulted for leading oil and gas firms in many parts of the world as to finance, arbitration, litigation, and contract structuring, drafting, and negotiation.
