Dr. Tobias Caspary heads Fried Frank’s EU Competition & International Trade practice. Tobias’ practice focuses on European, UK and German competition law.

Tobias has worked on some of the largest and most complex cross-border mergers worldwide before the European Commission, the CMA (including Phase II cases), and the German Federal Cartel Office. He also advised on cartel investigations in sectors such as window mountings, car components, fuel surcharge and financial services. Tobias has advised numerous companies active in the digital sector, ranging from Fintech startups, online platforms, algorithmic solution providers, and established global leaders.
