Stuart Carson is a competition litigation Partner at Stewarts Law, specializing in complex and high-value claims. He has advised on some of the largest cartel damages claims to be litigated in the UK courts, including cartels involving CRTs, LCDs, trucks, DRAMs and, refrigeration compressors. Stuart also acted against MasterCard in the pivotal interchange fee litigation, including at appeal level.
Stuart also has wide-ranging commercial litigation experience, both in-house and in private practice, having previously worked as Litigation Counsel for one of the world’s largest energy companies where he led various claims worth tens of millions of pounds.
