Ann Pope
Senior Director, CMA
Ann Pope is Senior Director, Antitrust, at the UK Competition and Markets Authority where she is responsible for the CMA’s non-cartel Competition Act portfolio. She also worked for the CMA’s predecessor organization, the Office of Fair Trading, where she performed a variety of roles including Senior Director of the Services, Infrastructure and Public Markets Group. Ann is an economist by background and started her career in the Government Economic Service before becoming an Economic Adviser at the OFT. Ann has worked on a wide range of CMA and OFT cases across many sectors of the economy.
