Peter Davis leads Cornerstone’s European competition practice. Dr Davis has extensive experience in competition investigations undertaken by the Directorate-General for Competition and the UK authorities, including the Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority. He specializes in supporting clients involved in merger inquiries, market investigations, and in follow-on damages actions. Dr Davis formerly held the post of deputy chairman of the UK Competition Commission.
