Mark Bethall

Mark Bethell is a Manager in the Competition and Economics Division of the FCA, mainly considering issues and working on cases under the Competition Act 1998. Before joining in 2014, he was an Inquiry Director at the Competition Commission and previous roles include acting as one of the UK’s agents in European litigation, and as a case handler at the OFT during the early days of the Competition Act. He is a lawyer, with a career starting in private practice.
