Victoria is a chartered secretary with over 20 years’ experience primarily with large listed companies. She has taught company secretarial practice to students undertaking the ICSA’s exams and lectures on many aspects of the company secretary’s role. She is currently an Honorary Officer of the ICSA and chairs its Audit and Risk Committee.
