Rob Bellhouse
Former Company Secretary, Domino’s Pizza
Rob is an experienced company secretary, having held this office with brewer and pub group Greene King, platinum miner Lonmin and, most recently, an interim appointment with Domino’s Pizza Group. His experience spans a very broad range of corporate governance, legal and company secretarial areas and Lonmin won numerous awards for its corporate reporting during his tenure.
Rob is now a non-executive director of AIM-quoted Franchise Brands plc, for whom he chairs the Remuneration Committee, and runs his own consulting business Governance Professionals Ltd. He serves on the Chairman’s Committee of the ICSA Company Secretaries Forum and is a former member of the Executive Committee of the GC100. He was ICSA’s Company Secretary of the Year for 2014.
