A Chartered Accountant with 7 years’ experience in Audit at Deloitte, Heather joined Price Waterhouse in 1990 and was a headhunter for 12 years in their Executive Search and Selection division, before becoming an Associate Director at Veredus. Heather’s search and selection expertise at senior levels spans the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Since 2006, she has focused on leadership development and, alongside this, has gained an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School. Heather splits her time between leadership development work at senior level in both the public and private sectors and one to one coaching and career transition. With her business background, headhunting experience and leadership development expertise, she is very well-placed to work with both corporate and individual clients.
