Gerry Watson is the Group Company Secretary of FTSE 250 listed life insurer, Phoenix Group. He was previously Group Company Secretary of Henderson Group plc, the FTSE 250 listed asset manager and before that, worked in general insurance as GI Overseas Manager at Pearl Assurance, focused on business development (where he represented Pearl at the annual Insurance Hard Market white collar boxing event). He is qualified as a chartered secretary and has twice managed listings into the FTSE 250.
