Shares Process and Projects Manager, Diageo
Anna has been with Diageo plc for 13 years, working within their in house Registrar and Employee Share Plans team in Edinburgh. Having held various roles throughout her career with Diageo, including a secondment to the Company’s Secretarial department in the London head office, she currently acts as Shares Process and Projects Manager.
Her role is to provide change and implementation management to ensure all process and policy requirements are embedded across the team. As a member of the ICSA Registrars Group and associate member of the Institute, she monitors industry developments and changes affecting share plan and share registration practices, implementing the resultant requirements within the Diageo operation.
